Solicitudes de aclaración de la Sentencia C-259/23.
La Defensoría del Pueblo remitió a la Corte las peticiones que formularon tres ciudadanos que habían participado como intervinientes en el trámite de constitucionalidad que dio origen a la providencia de la referencia.
Luego de analizar cada uno de los escritos, la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZAR por improcedentes, las aclaraciones invocadas.
En dos casos, por haber sido presentados de manera extemporánea y en el otro, por incumplimiento del requisito de carga argumentativa.
